Noah's from my webcomic, The Silver Eye. This was a very nice painting to work on whilst surrounded by snow!
I'm thinking Enel got too excited and faceplanted in the sand just off screen. Noah's indignant about this. He zones out thinking of all the different ways he would punish Enel if sand had gotten in his iced tea (featuring lime from Chapter 17), thus Noah enters his happy place.
